We are Kerry Blue Terrier enthusiasts located in Mount Sinai, New York. We are members of the United States Kerry Blue Terrier Club, The Empire Kerry Blue Terrier Club, The Kerry Blue Terrier Club of Canada and the Long Island Coalition of Dog Fanciers.
Kerry Blue Terriers have always had a
special place in my heart. My first Kerry was obtained from Bohola's Kennel in
New Jersey in the late 1960's and was aptly named "Kerry". She
was a great dog with a true Kerry spirit. She helped raise the kids in
our family, was a great protector and friend. Kerry was never forgotten.
Moving
forward, a change in my career and with the coaxing and pleading from my
family we agreed to search for the right dog for our family. During
our search I saw a young couple walking a Kerry on the beach in the
Hamptons on Long Island. I knew that the Kerry Blue was the dog for
us! Once again we were bitten by the Kerry bug.
